Acceptance of Our Terms By creating an account on our website VeggieKisses.com, you are agreeing to abide by these terms. They are simple terms that protect both our members as well as our own interests. 2. Description of Services We provide paid subscribers access to our database of members who collectively are seeking personal relationships. We provide access for our members to safely foster new prospective relationships and communicate in a manner which protects their anonymity. 3. Member Safety We do not provide anyone with sensitive personal information. All information that is visable on your profile is your own responsibility and can be edited via your control panel. It is your responsibility to use caution when contacting a member either within or outside of our system. We are not responisble for your actions or those of our members. If a member of VeggieKisses.com becomes a nuisance, they may be blocked from contacting you further via our system. These controls are available in several places including when viewing messages, viewing profiles, and through your control panel. You agree not to harrass, be abusive, or make unwanted advances to other members. 4. Payment Terms If you sign up for any plan other than 'Lifetime', you are agreeing to let H.O.W.D.Y. Media charge their credit card according the term which you have selected. We use Authorize.net as our credit card processor. They are a leader in this field, and securely handle millions of transactions. All credit card information is passed from VeggieKisses.com to Authorize.net through the Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL), which ensures our server can send and receive sensitive information securely. Subscriptions are controlled from our Authorize.net account, which has extensive security mechanisms in place to protect your credit card information. H.O.W.D.Y. Media does not store you credit card information anywhere on our systems for your security. 5. Cancellations Services can be ended at anytime from within your account or by calling us at 315-469-8414 during normal business hours. Due to the low prices that we offer our services, we do not give refunds for remaining time according to your plan. Please keep this in mind when selecting a subscription plan. We do not use any automated systems to manage changes to your subscription, as those types of systems introduce security issues. Instead, we manually adjust subscription changes. Any request for cancellation of services will be handled in a timely manner. If you are charged after requesting your cancellation, we will cancel and refund that transaction. 6. Our Rights We do not actively censor profiles. Regardless, you give us the right to modify your information provided as we deem it neccessary. If we decide to alter your profile, it would be for the benefit of the user community. We do not tolerate harrassment or abuse to any of our members and will suspend or cancel services accordingly. Any attempt to send spam, sell products, collect personal information, or any other malicious activities will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
